GLUTEN-FREE VANILLA CAKE

Ingredients:
- 230g Blossom baking flour
- 9g baking powder
- 3g baking soda
- 100g oil
- 120g sugar
- 2g salt
- ½ tablespoon vanilla
- 180g warmwater or plant-based milk
Instructions:
- Grease an 8” tin and line with parchment paper.
- Preheat your oven to 180⁰C.
- Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda.
- Add the sugar and salt and mix.
- Pour in the water, vanilla, and cooking oil and combine.
- Pour into a greased baking tin and bake for 40 minutes.
