GLUTEN-FREE VANILLA CAKE

40 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. 230g Blossom baking flour
  2. 9g baking powder
  3. 3g baking soda
  4. 100g oil
  5. 120g sugar
  6. 2g salt
  7. ½ tablespoon vanilla
  8. 180g warmwater or plant-based milk

Instructions:

  1. Grease an 8” tin and line with parchment paper.
  2. Preheat your oven to 180⁰C.
  3. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda.
  4. Add the sugar and salt and mix.
  5. Pour in the water, vanilla, and cooking oil and combine.
  6. Pour into a greased baking tin and bake for 40 minutes.
