GLUTEN-FREE DONUTS
20-30 minutes

Ingredients

Instructions:
1. Add the yeast and a tablespoon of sugar to the lukewarm water/milk.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and nutmeg
3. Rub in the butter, the mixture will be crumbly.
4. Add the yeast mixture and knead to combine.
5. Knead on an oiled surface. Put the dough back into the bowl and cover with cling film and proof for 40 minutes.
6. Roll out and cut into donut shapes. Line a tray with grease-proof paper and arrange the donuts and proof for 20-30 minutes.
7. Deep fry.
8. Allow to cool and serve.
