GLUTEN-FREE VEGAN MANDAZI

Ingredients:
350g Blossom baking flour
14g baking powder
60 – 80g sugar *adjust according to preference.
1 cup/ 250ml warm water
1 tablespoon of oil
Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
Mix the baking flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl.
Add the warm water to the mixture and combine into a dough.
Do not add extra water.
Add the oil and knead gently.
Allow the dough to rest for 5 minutes.
Put a bit of oil onto the rolling surface roll out the dough and cut into desirable sizes.
Heat the oil, add the mandazis, and fry until golden brown.
