Banana Bread

50-60 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Blossom Gluten-free baking flour          225g
  2. Baking powder                                      ½ teaspoon
  3. Baking soda                                        1 teaspoon
  4. Salt                                                   ¼ teaspoon salt
  5. Sugar                                                100g
  6. Egg                                                    1
  7. Cooking oil                                          90g
  8. Mashed ripe bananas                                     400g
  9. Vanilla (optional)                             1 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1.  Preheat the oven to 160⁰C.

2. Grease a loaf tin and line with parchment paper.

3. In a large bowl whisk the oil, sugar, and banana until well blended. Whisk in the eggs and the vanilla.

4. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

5. Add the flour mixture and stir until well combined.

6. Pour into the banana.

Optional: Slice some bananas and line them on the top and sprinkle some sugar

7. Bake for 50 – 60 minutes or until golden brown and when a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
