Vegan Chocolate Cake

35-40 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Blossom Gluten-free baking flour         200g
  2. Baking powder                                     10g
  3. Baking soda                                         ½ teaspoon
  4. Sugar                                                160g
  5. Salt                                                   ¼ teaspoon
  6. Cooking oil                                           90 ml
  7. Hot brewed coffee                             1 cup
  8. Apple cider vinegar                               1 teaspoon

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175⁰C.

2. Grease a 6” round baking tin and line with grease-proof paper.

3.  Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda.

4.  Stir in the sugar and salt and mix until well combined.

5.  Add the cooking oil, vinegar, and hot coffee and mix until well combined.

6.  Bake for 35 – 40 minutes until or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

7.  Allow cooling completely in the tin.
