Ingredients:
- 220g Blossom baking flour
- 300g sugar
- 45g cocoa powder
- 2g baking powder
- 3g baking soda
- 1g salt
- 2 eggs
- 115g oil
- 225g milk
Instructions:
- Grease and line a rectangular or square baking tin with grease-proof paper.
- Preheat the oven to 180⁰ C.
- Combine the baking flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In a separate bowl mix the eggs, oil, and milk.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour into the baking tin and bake for 35 minutes.
