Ingredients:

  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  5. 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  6. 4 large eggs
  7. 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter
  8. 1/4 cup warm water
  9. 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan. (5 minutes)
  2. In a bowl, mix together cassava flour, coconut flour, salt, and baking soda. (3 minutes)
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, water, and honey. (3 minutes)
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until you have a smooth batter. (2 minutes)
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. (2 minutes)
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. (30-35 minutes)
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing. (15 minutes)
