Inspired by her gluten-sensitive child, Juliet Oduor embraced this challenge and passionately delved into the business. Her focus was on transforming cassava roots into high-quality, healthy, and nutritious cassava flour for her family and many others who developed an interest in her gluten-free creations.
With her background in Biomedical Research, her passion, and her need to cater to the needs of gluten-sensitive individuals, Juliet deeply invested in this cassava flour business as the demand also scaled higher. She wanted to create a company that provided high-quality cassava flour and empowered the local community, especially women.
Over the years, Blossom Health Essentials has quickly become a beacon of hope in Sega Village. The company has provided jobs for more than three women who contribute as family breadwinners. With steady incomes, these women continue to afford better education for their children, improved healthcare, and more nutritious meals for their families.
